15. Credit Union Growth, Retention & Community Engagement

This course focuses on how every credit union employee can contribute to membership growth, strengthen relationships with existing members, identify underserved financial needs, and build stronger connections with the first responder community.

Special emphasis will be placed on turning existing members into more engaged members, identifying opportunities to serve their families and business interests, and developing relationships with fire departments, law enforcement agencies, EMS organizations, and other eligible groups.

Membership in NCOFCU is required.
