Manual 14 builds on Manual 13 by moving from leadership preparation to the practical responsibilities of supervising credit union employees.

The course focuses on setting expectations, coaching employees, evaluating performance, resolving workplace issues, developing future leaders, and maintaining accountability without sacrificing the credit union's member-service culture.
