Manual 12 will help credit union employees understand how daily operations, internal controls, and individual responsibilities work together to protect members and maintain a financially sound credit union.

The course will cover transaction accuracy, segregation of duties, reconciliations, approvals, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, operational risk, and reporting irregularities.
