This study manual is designed for First Responder Credit Union Academy personnel serving as board of directors. 

Executive meetings, often called executive sessions, are an essential governance tool that allow a board of directors to discuss highly sensitive or confidential matters in a secure, candid environment. These meetings provide directors with the opportunity to address issues such as executive performance, personnel matters, legal advice, litigation, regulatory examinations, mergers, strategic negotiations, and other subjects that require a higher level of confidentiality than is appropriate during an open board meeting.
